No Guarantee of Approval or Disbursement
Submission of a grant application to Prime Business Grant does not, by itself, guarantee approval, allocation, or disbursement of any funding amount. Every application is subject to review by the PBG Review Administration and is evaluated against the standing eligibility, verification, and compliance criteria in force at the time of submission.
The issuance of a tracking number confirms receipt of the grant application into the pending-review registry only. It is not a determination and does not obligate PBG to approve, partially approve, defer, or disburse any funding.
Tiered Assessment and Processing Fees
Applicants elect one of twelve fixed assessment tiers. Each tier is bound to a published processing-fee schedule that is disclosed on the application form before submission. The processing fee is organized for tax processing, card delivery preparation, document handling, review administration, and related grant-delivery requirements, and is settled through the verified review channel described in the approval correspondence.
Processing fees are non-transferable between applicants, non-transferable between tiers, and are not settled through third-party cash applications, gift cards, or unofficial payment channels. Any request to settle a processing requirement outside the verified review channel should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the Applicant Ethics Board.
Applicant Certification and Signature
By signing the grant application at Phase Four submission, the applicant certifies that all information provided across Phases One through Three — including identity, residence, occupation, contact details, funding purpose, tier selection, and payout preference — is true, accurate, and complete to the best of the applicant’s knowledge. Willful misrepresentation is grounds for immediate denial and permanent registry exclusion.
Review Determination
The Review Administration issues one of three determinations on each grant application: approved, declined, or returned for correction. Determinations are communicated through the notification route recorded on the grant application (email, SMS, or both). Determinations are final unless the applicant submits a written request for reconsideration to the Office of Applicant Services within thirty (30) days of notification.
Payout Preparation
Approved applicants receive the approved grant value through the elected payout route: the PBG Grant Card or a Certified Bank Check mailed via USPS Priority. Payout preparation begins after the processing requirement has been settled and cleared through the verified review channel. Standard preparation and delivery is seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days. Delivery timeframes may be extended by holidays, mail-carrier delays, or applicant-address verification requirements.
Applicant Data and Correspondence Registry
Grant application data is stored in the PBG correspondence registry solely for the purposes of review, disbursement, applicant notification, and audit. Applicant information is not sold, licensed, or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes. Retention and deletion of applicant records follows the terms published on the Privacy Policy page.

Prime Business Grant is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of external sites linked from applicant correspondence or portal pages.
Right to Decline
Prime Business Grant reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any grant application that fails eligibility, verification, or compliance review; to place a grant application under extended review; or to require additional documentation before issuing a determination. A declined grant application may be re-submitted after any deficiencies identified in the correspondence have been corrected.
