Marcus H. Whitfield serves as Director of the Office of Applicant Services, with overall responsibility for program governance, applicant conduct, and compliance oversight across the PBG intake and review lifecycle.
Prime Business Grant is administered by a standing panel of program officers responsible for intake, review, disbursement, and ethical oversight. Each officer serves under the authority of the Office of Applicant Services and is bound by the PBG Standards of Applicant Conduct and Program Integrity.
