How PBG grant application tracking works
Pending review
Submitted files are reviewed for identity, contact accuracy, funding purpose, assessment value, processing fee, and signature.
Approved
A favourable determination is issued and recorded against your sequential tracking number.
Pending payment
The tier processing requirement is settled at the Secure Billing Desk within a 7-day validity window.
Paid & verified
Once settlement is verified, approved grant value is prepared via PBG Grant Card or Certified Bank Check within 7–14 business days.
