Terms of Service

By accessing the Prime Business Grant applicant gateway you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the gateway.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a supported country. United States and international applicants must provide accurate, current, and complete information at every phase of the application.

Applicant obligations

• Submit only one active application at a time.
• Respond to verification or documentation requests within 14 calendar days.
• Keep your tracking number confidential.
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Processing fees

Each assessment tier carries a fixed processing fee disclosed in full before submission. Processing fees cover identity verification, encrypted account setup, tiered review workload, and payout preparation. Fees are non-transferable.

Approval & payout

Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the standardized tiered assessment framework. Approved grants are disbursed by PBG Grant Card or Certified Bank Check within 7–14 business days after final approval.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the gateway, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or use another person's information to apply.

Disclaimers

The gateway is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PBG makes no warranty that the gateway will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PBG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the gateway.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
