Prime Business Grant ("PBG", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of every applicant who interacts with our applicant gateway. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly through the application form: full legal name, email address, phone number, state of residence, applicant type, purpose statement, tier selection, payout method, notification preference, and digital signature. We also collect standard technical information such as browser type and IP address for security and fraud prevention.

How we use information

• To process and review your grant application.
• To issue a tier-scoped tracking number and communicate status updates.
• To prepare card or check payout upon approval.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Information sharing

We do not sell applicant information. We share information only with authorized review administration, payment processors preparing card or check payout, and law enforcement when legally required.

Data security

Applicant records are stored on encrypted infrastructure with strict access controls. All connections to PBG are protected with TLS.

Your rights
